[London : George Virtue, 1835]. A dramatic antique print – fire breaks out on the upper floors. Engraved by Henry Wallis (1805-1890) from an original study by the architect and painter Thomas Allom. Originally produced for the part-work series “Scotland Illustrated” (London : 1835-1838).
Steel line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 127 x 180mm (approx. 5” x 7-1/8”). In very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.

Engraved by Archelaus Cruse (1806-1861) from an original study by John Preston Neale. Originally produced for the partwork series “Views of the Seats, Mansions, Castles, etc. of Noblemen and Gentlemen” (London : 1829-1831).
Steel line engraving on paper. Engraved surface 101 x 132mm (approx. 4” x 5-1/8”). A few tiny specks, but overall in very good and clean state. A guaranteed genuine antique print.
